Shipping Information

Production Time

Standard production time is 3-4 weeks from order confirmation. Each sail is custom-made to your specifications using our advanced manufacturing process.

Rush Production Available: Need your sail faster? Rush production (2 weeks) is available for an additional $200. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $50
  • • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $100
  • • Free Shipping: On orders over $5,000

International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination:

  • • Canada & Mexico: 7-10 business days - Starting at $100
  • • Europe: 10-14 business days - Starting at $150
  • • Asia & Pacific: 12-18 business days - Starting at $200
  • • Rest of World: Contact us for a quote

Note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include tracking and are fully insured. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your sail ships. We use trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL for international deliveries.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our sails. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions:

  • • Sail must be unused and in original condition
  • • All original packaging and documentation must be included
  • • Custom graphics or modifications may not be eligible for return
  • • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Manufacturing Defects

If your sail arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We'll arrange for pickup and expedited replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at returns@surgesails.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the sail securely in original packaging
  5. Ship to our returns facility (address provided)
  6. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchanges

Need a different size or material? We'll exchange your sail for a different specification at no additional charge (subject to price difference). Contact us to arrange an exchange.
